Q: Does marriage to an Australian permanent resident  automatically entitle  residence in Australia?
A: No.They must prove provide evidence of the marriage, that they are in a genuine and continuing relationship
Q: Does a Spouse visa entitle the holder to permanent residence immediately?
A: A Spouse visa is granted for an initial period of two years. At the end of that period,  evidence of a continuing genuine relationship, spouse may be granted a permanent residence.
Q: How can an overseas engaged couple come to Australia to marry his or  her fiance?
A: The couples may apply for a Fiance visa to travel to Australia. Other visa options may also be available to the overseas partner.
Q: What does Apostille Stamp stands for?

Q: Can overseas citizen mary in Australia?
A: Yes.Visiters travelling to or working in Australia may marry in Australia.  They are required to lodge a Notice of Intended Marriage form with a Registered Marriage Celebrant at least a clear calendar month before the proposed date of marriage.
Q: Do I have to change my name ?
A: Not realy.It is not a legal requirement .There are no legal steps that must be taken in effecting the name change - producing an official  Marriage Certificate as evidence of entitlement to change the name should be sufficient.
Q: Will I need all of my divorce papers, Ive been married couple of  times?
A: No. You will only need your most recent divorce papers.
Q: Can I fill my Notice of Intention to Marry before my divorce is processed
A: Yes, you can but you can not be married until the celebrant has your final divorce papers .
